September 25, 2012

3 Places We Are Visiting This Week:
  1. Lake Placid, NY
  2. The Farmer's Museum in Cooperstown, NY
  3. Narragansett Beach in Rhode Island {that's where the "3" is from}
3 Things I'm Currently Working On:
  1. Compiling my recipes into a book {I currently have them loose in a manila folder}
  2. A magazine article
  3. Fall crafts {trying to find the time anyway}
3 Things I'm Looking Forward To:
  1. Picking apples to make homemade applesauce.
  2. Our Chicken Coop is scheduled to be shown in the Nov/Dec issue of Grit Magazine {with an article about chicken care in Winter}.
  3. My handmade Christmas gifts.  No, not gifts I'm making and giving away {although I'm looking forward to those as well} I picked out that fellow blogger/extremely talented knitter Meg from Little Bit of Life is knitting for me as gifts from my husband {I was very generous to myself when selecting my gifts..........thank you dear!!}.  Her blog is {here} and her Etsy store is {here} where she sells beautiful patterns she creates as well as unbelievably amazing hand knits.  Here's 2 of the items she's working on for me:
