Tuesday's "Three"

February 12, 2013

3 Things I'll Be Seeing This Week:

  1. Jackson wearing his very VERY naughty boy pants.  More on that tomorrow....
  2. I'm hoping my candle making supplies.  They seem to be lost.
  3. Why Valentine's of course!
3 Things I'm Grateful For Right Now:
  1. My husband and the fact that we have the same long-term goals for our life.
  2. Even though he's a very naughty boy I am grateful for Jackson.  He really does keep things interesting.
  3. Creativity.  Although mine is being tested by my first attempts at jewelry making, I love trying out new things that challenge me. {I will share my projects soon!}

3 Things I'm Lovin' On The Web:

  1. Maybe I'm thinking chocolate thoughts because it's Valentine's Day week, I'm not sure, but I know these Chocolate - Peanut Butter Pots De Creme look amazing!  These are definitely on my "to try" list.
  2. And then there's this......  I made Alana Chernila's Maple Popcorn recipe from the book Homemade Pantry last night {will be posted this week} and it was so delicious that now I'm on a flavored popcorn kick.  Have you ever tried Harry and David's Moose Munch?  Here's a recipe that claims it's even better.  Can't wait to judge for myself!
  3. Love this candle idea.  Perfect for Valentine's day!!

Happy Tuesday!!

May 17, 2018

If you’re just joining in, the “Change Your Life In 2018” series is my quest to make some small changes this year. Rather than setting easily forgotten resolutions I wanted to focus on 12 changes that would help me learn and grow as a person. I’ve chosen to focus on one change per month so that it could not only become a more manageable goal, but I have a better chance at making these new habits...

This Month On The Farm: April 2018 - New Chicks, New Kitchen, and Beautiful Weather!

May 16, 2018

If you’re just tuning in, this is a brand new ongoing series in which I document each month of our lives in our transition to a simple, homemade life on a modern homestead. We ditched town and moved to the country in 2008 and we blog about both our successful and not-so-successful ventures in homesteading, switching to natural products, and embracing a whole foods lifestyle.  Check out the entire...
