Tuesday's "Three"

October 01, 2013

3 Things I'm Doing This Week:
  1. Making homemade dog treats for two special little dogs and a cat who thinks he's a dog {who is currently rearranging my shoes in the closet for the third time this week....}
  2. Drying herbs from the garden.
  3. Attending the Fall Festival at Tangleroot Farm.  We'll be enjoying music, potluck, pies and cider.
3 Things I'm Making With Pumpkin This Week:

  1. Homemade pumpkin puree.  The best!!
  2. Pumpkin Muffins with Cream Cheese Filling.
  3. Pumpkin Yeast Bread

3 Things I've Found On The Web:
  1. You may have seen this on our Facebook page if you follow that, but I wanted to share this link here for those not on Facebook.  If you're interested in making your own cold process soap, Tanya at Lovely Greens is writing a 4-part series on soapmaking.  Her first post is very well written and can be found here.
  2. Although Fall is here and Winter is on it's way, here are some inspiring ideas to implement next summer.  I love the log planter and the planter using gutters!
  3. On my to-do list are these very cute no-sew pumpkins made from shirts.

Don't forget that tomorrow is the last day to enter our giveaways!

Happy Tuesday!!

Although they were pretty, there didn't seem to be the same brilliance of color that is...
