And The Winners Are......

August 15, 2015

It's another Cobble Hill Farm Apothecary giveaway!!
Betty has been waiting and waiting for her opportunity to pick the winner.  She RACED to the garden shed where I had everything set up.

My secret to getting the Coop Girls to participate is Freeze-Dried Mealworms.
I enticed Betty to the area by putting down a trail of these yummy snacks.

I had also placed mealworms in the basket.
Peck - peck - peck - Betty ate every single mealworm in the basket.
She wouldn't pick a winner.

I put more worms in the basket.
Now Betty took a new approach, peering through the sides.
How would she get to the worms without the papers???

Finally realizing if she took a paper or two out, she could get to the worms, she chose the winners!!

And then she went crazy, dumping them all out to get to the worms.

Congratulations goes to Nicolle Noyes and Laura Mix!!
You've each won a $30.00 Gift Certificate to our store!

12 Tips For Eating Real Food On A REAL Budget

February 15, 2018

1. Maximize Less Expensive Foods
Part of this tip is getting into the habit of eating in season because in season veggies are typically much cheaper than out of season. February 13, 2018

If you’re just joining in, the “Change Your Life In 2018” series is my quest to make some small changes this year. Rather than setting easily forgotten resolutions I wanted to focus on 12 changes that would help me learn and grow as a person. I’ve chosen to focus on one change per month so that it could not only become a more manageable goal, but I have a better chance at making these new habits...
