A New Chicken Favorite

January 18, 2010

Can you tell what the chickens favorite new food is?

Maybe this will give you a better idea. Clyde absolutely loved it.

Kessa loved it but was annoyed that she couldn't get it off her beak.

We went to the bookstore Friday night and I was perusing the Chicken books to see if there were any that I needed. In one of the books the author talked about how his chickens absolutely love cottage cheese. It just so happened that I had some in the refrigerator.

Success! A new "favorite" to add to the list.
